El Asador de Aranda
Peter Harvey below (at a previous meeting), his wife Jane, Anne and yours truly, spent a wonderful evening and early morning here.

The meal started with a platter of Catalan specialities; blood sausage, tripe, and other meaty bits, followed by wonderfully succulent twenty-one day old lamb. All washed down with a few glasses of local"rustic red" and finished off with a fine old brandy as a digestif.
Heartily to be recommended. Not for the vegetetarians though.
The conversation wasn't bad either!
